This 60 minute outdoor training program is based on the well known marathon training system of 6:1. You will run or fast pace walk for 6 minute and recover 1 minute. Grace will give you a perceived exertion scale of 1-10. This 60-minute workout is broken down into 2 30-minute phases; She will finish the long run with a cool down stretch at the end. iTREAD outdoors is adaptable to any type of terrain. It is a great challenge for everyone.
