Could you ever believe that a runner and ballet dancer could workout to the same routine? This is it, Balletread. A 40 minute workout combining cardio training and ballet barre conditioning. Grace will combine intervals of cardio training with 5 minute intervals of conditioning. This cardio programs includes 3 levels, walking, jogging and running. Each ballet bar interval will consists of basic exercises to tone and sculpt the lower body giving it that long, lean look of a dancer. (No dance experience necessary.) Equipment: Just a treadmill!
