A 40-minute workout specifically designed for the intermediate jogging level. Grace gives you 2 levels of jogging. A fantastic transition workout to try running if you have been always been a walker. Grace begins with a flat and steady endurance run. She then hits a 3% grade and with increments of 30 second speed intervals. Next is the zone song that increases speed .1 or .2% every minute. A large hill run at 6% grade is next in order. Incline then comes down to 1% and into with an easy run. The last song will glide your body right through the finish line. You will really enjoy this one!!
