The strength coach himself has a few tips for the treadmill. Nick bases your cardio session on a 1-10 percieved exertion scale, including low, moderate and high intensity. He begins with an easy warm up, then increasing to a 3, 5 and 7 % grade. Coach Narvaez then challenges your muscles to side stepping and then an additional interval run at the end, finishing with a cool down. Mix this workout with iRow & Ripped and create a full hour of power.
