Combination Cardio workout that will give you a great cross training effect: A great workout for a quick 15 minute fix or a 30 minute fat blaster. Keith begins with a steady warm up. The resistance increases to a heavy hill. Resistance releases in the 3rd song to level it out. The cycling segment begins with a steady run at level 4. Hill training combined with sprints begin in the second song 1 minute on/ one minute off. Keith again jumbles the workout in the 3 song between resistance 8 and 3, continuing the rollercoaster workout. Great workout to do daily!!
