This workout is all about intensity!! The starting line incorporates an easy warm up. The run increases with 10 minutes of intervals by increasing/decreasing speed 2-3%. Grace shocks your body midway with hill runs up 6% and continuing up to an 8% hill. Coming down off the heavy hill into 2 fast sprints. The intensity continues with the second round of intervals increasing/decreasing speed 2-3%. Grace ends the workout on a 12% grade with a surprise. Tag team this workout with Athletic Stretch set 8 for a great stretch to cool down.
