Keith begins set 20 with a steady warm up to get the body warm and ready. A heavy hill is right off the bat for this climb. Flushing out the legs and level lowers to 3 after a steady hill. The workout continues into a flat rhythmic run and returning to intervals of resistance and speed. Keith kicks up the heat to a level 7 or 8 with high resistance. Finishing up the climb with a steady run.
