Keith begins set 19 with a steady warm up on resistance level 3. Resistance increases to 4 with a steady climb. Keith Climbs to level 6-8, and challenges the climb with double time sprints. The workout continues into a flat rhythmic run and returning to intervals of resistance and speed. The workout continues with intervals of hills and flat runs. Keith continues into a sprint, heavy hill and tempo climb to end. Mix and match with “icycle n rock” to create a long endurance fat burner!
