Keith begins set 18 with a steady warm up on resistance level 3. Resistance increases throughout the 2nd challenge. The workout continues into a flat rhythmic run and returning to intervals of resistance and speed. The 4th challenge creates a steady rhythm at level 6. The endurance climb increases in grade to a level 7. Last song opens up to a fast flat run home. Cool down and stretch. Another great climb for the record!!
