iTREAD Set17 Outdoors 60Min

If you loved the previous iTREAD Outdoors, you will step it up a notch with this one. This 60 minute Outdoor training program is based on the well-known marathon training system of 6:1. You will run or fast pace walk for 6 minute and recover 1 minute. Grace will give you a perceived exertion scale of 1-10. In the second half of this workout Grace also paces you through intervals of accelerated speed, and sprints. This 60-minute workout is broken down into 2 30-minute phases. You will finish the long run with a cool down and stretch at the end. iTREAD outdoors is adaptable to any type of terrain. Link all 3 outdoor workouts together and create your own marathon.
