This workout is all about intensity!! It is about speed and hills. The workout consists of the following:
Warm up. Small increases in speed. Steady run up a 3% incline. Steady flat run. Interval work. Interval work continued on a 2% hill. Hill sprints on 6% grade. Steady fast run for 5 min. this workout finishes with 3 60-second sprints to end the workout. Cool down. This is a steady workout that can be done every other day.
