One word to describe this workout is THIGH BURNER!! This comprehensive workout includes standing legwork with basic plies and pelvic tilts to fatigue the lower body. Grace then works fun sweeping movements to work the smaller muscle groups. Core training consists of several sets and reps to fatigue those abs. Lastly, the outer thigh burn is the focus of the last 15 minutes. Cool down, and stretch to repeat the next day.
