Joseph will guide you through 40 minutes of core training, back strengthening, and athletic stretch. Joseph incorporates basic core work, and then integrates back strengthening exercises throughout each set. This method allows the torso to create balance and strength without strain. He ends up with a nice athletic stretch to cool down. This is a great workout to tag onto the end of a cardio or strength-training workout.
