Grace Lazenby will guide you through a transforming workout that will work your body from head to toe. This 60-minute workout includes the following: Combination standing leg work including standing lunge variations, standing barre work, and core training with the medicine ball. Grace will fatigue the upper body with multiple sets and reps for your chest, posterior deltoid and triceps. She will continue by will guiding you through extensive core training taking your core to the point of fatigue with a concentration on obliques. Continuing into the lower body Grace will fatigue the gluteals and outer thigh with multiple sets in order to fatigue the muscle. Finishing with a cool down and long stretch to relax.
