This workout is specially created for those who love both isculpt ballet and istretch combination. This 60-minute total body workout is a combination of Yoga, Ballet barre, core training and deep muscle conditioning. Please be familiar with the basic yoga postures before beginning this program. Section 1: (32:00 min) Grace will heat up the body with sun salutations, moving into ballet barre and standing ball work. Grace will then move through sun salutations and into deep hip openers to open and stretch the muscles that were fatigued during standing leg work. Lastly she will finish with barre work that involves the smaller muscles of the gluteals and hamstrings. Section 2; (9:00 min) Pilates and deep core conditioning. Section 3: (14:00 min) Deep muscle conditioning focusing on the gluteals and outer thigh. Section 4: (9:00 min) Stretch and relaxation.
