Set 13 begins with a steady warm up and then increasing into a heavy hill. Keith continues to flush out the legs into speed work on the flats. The climbing master continues the challenge with slow strides and jogging intervals. Steady pace runs are next up for this climb. Keith finishes the climb with a series of 30 second sprints and then striding out for recovery. This workout is created for any type of elliptical, or stair climbing machine and Keith creates a resistance level of 1-10 to match the resistance of your climbing machine.
