This 45-minute climb is a great fat burner!!!. Set 12 begins with a steady warm up and then immediately hits a steady climb with a resistance of 6 and increases intensity to 7, 8 and 9. Keith continues to push your speed with double time intervals that are great for shocking the body and leaning out. Looking strong midway, you will begin climbing back up that hill on a steady pace. He then finishes up with a muscle sculpting steady run. Keith creates a resistance level of 1-10 to match the resistance of your climbing machine. This workout is created for any type of elliptical, or stair climbing machine.
