This 60-minute program includes a playlist of the following: Yoga Postures: 30 min: Grace will guide you through a series of sun salutations, focusing on hip openers. Her flow is basic and yet easy to follow, and will release any tension in the gluteal and hip area. This flow also includes twisting postures to open the lower back and torso, adding balancing poses such as half moon and standing splits. Pilates core training: This section includes a series of isolated movements and cutting edge core based movements to strengthen and lengthen your abdominals. Deep muscle conditioning: This section consists of gluteal and inner thigh work to change the lower body. A great compliment to iSCULPT Ballet set 12.
