Keith begins with a steady state warm up, rhythmically starting those leg muscles to work. He then quickly increases your resistance level to a 5 or 6 within the first 10 minutes. He continues to power through a steady climb, and then into a fast sprint. Your challenge increases when a second heavy climb is hit.
