This 30-minute treading workout is a challenging interval workout. Grace will create 2-3 minute intervals challenging your muscles and your endurance. You will warm up, and then hit a medium-size hill. Grace will continue to challenge your speed midway into the workout as you increase your speed at a steady pace. The run will continue into a heavy hill. Engage in sprints to the end and then a recovery run home. Enjoy this random run! Great addition to the iTREAD library.
