This 60-minute program includes a play list of the following: Yoga Posture: 30 min: Grace will guide you through a series of sun salutations, focusing on hip openers. Her flow is basic and yet easy to follow, and will release any tension in the gluteal and hip area. She will take you through a challenging warrior dance to heat up the body. Pilates core training: 15 min: Series of isolated movements and cutting edge core based movements to strengthen and lengthen your abdominals. Deep muscle conditioning: This section will move back through sun salutations and flow into standing inner thigh work and isolations. Grace will finish the workout isolated gluteal work to lift your tush. Cool down: a long relaxing stretch to lengthen and relax. We encourage that you are familiar with the yoga poses before starting the program. Pictures included in download.
