This 40-minute climb is a step in the right direction. Keith creates a resistance level of 1-10 to match the resistance of your climbing machine. This workout is created for any type of elliptical, or stair climbing machine. Set 8 is a steady-state workout. Keith creates an intensity that begins steady state, then moves into sprints, and gradually increasing resistance towards the end.
