This multilevel workout consists of 4 phases: An interval workout ready to challenge every muscle in your lower body. Grace has mapped out a strong hill run with intervals of sprints and steady-state runs. Participants can choose their own level walking, jogging, or running.
Phase 1: Steady state and heavy hills
Phase 2: Continuous speed increasing slowly
Phase 3: 2 Short with various speed intervals
Phase 4: Fast recovery home with small hills and one large hill at the finish line.
