iSTRETCH Combination™
This unique 60 minute combination workout is unique to its trainer Grace Lazenby. How does she keep the young models and actresses long and lean in LA, iStretch Combination. This fusion workout is a combination of yoga, pilates and dance conditioning. Grace encourages that you are familiar with the yoga postures and she will also incorporate pilates and basic dance conditioning to add a spark to your normal routine. The result is an amazing lean physique!! This workout is a great combination with iSCULPT Ballet.

This 15 minute stretch and relaxation workout is performed supine on the floor. Grace works deep into the hamstrings and hips. This stretch workout is great after cardio workouts or at the end of any sculpt or strength workout.
