This 30-minute workout is broken down into 2 mp3 files. Nick will drive you through a continuous ab-crunching workout. His
strength will move your abs up and down through Swiss ball work, basic crunching and lower ab work. His strong voice gives the user very little rest, so 10 minutes is all you need!!!
